COVID-19 - *** Advisory for Cares Act Covered Communities ***
On July 29, 2021, the Arizona Supreme Court has issued guidance regarding a landlord’s obligations for a Cares Act covered community. Even though the CDC Order is set to expire on July 31, 2021, Cares Act covered communities must abide by the following rules:
1. A Cares Act community must use the thirty (30) day Cares Act Non-Payment Notice.

2. If the Cares Act community has a mortgage forbearance, then the community cannot evict for non-payment of rent until the forbearance ends which is currently set to expire on September 30, 2021.
